___________________________
Lack of workforce (moderate-/middle-income) housing is a significant barrier to retaining and attracting workers. Employers, workers, developers, economic development partners, and city and county leaders are invited to join this event and take action to develop workforce housing.

At this event, housing developers and partners will present successful models and solutions such as: employer-developed housing, small home villages, land trust-facilitated housing development, student-built housing, deed restricted housing, zoning changes, and financing models. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and network.

***If you are interested in taking additional action in Baker, Union, or Wallowa counties, please follow this link for information on our  October 5 -Workforce Housing Actions Team Workshop.
